Our clients and our friends are one in the same. We encourage you to bring your family and friends for an afternoon ranch visit, to enjoy our animals, our vineyard & wine tasting, and even gold panning for the more adventuresome. We also have abandoned gold mines within a short walking distance.
About Our Mission:To
provide outstanding services for our clients to meet their personal and
financial goals, establishing long term relationships that build value
and benefit for all parties concerned. About The Owners:Brad
and Suzy Gardner moved to the Gold Country in the lower Sierra Nevada
mountains in May of 2002 to fulfill their life-long dream of blending
their business and personal life into a more country lifestyle. Brad
is a 25 year veteran of the Telecom industry, and Suzy is a former
financial manager from the Media buying industry.
So Why Did We Choose Alpacas? After
seeing a public interest television program, we started researching the
potential of starting our own Alpaca ranch. We visited ranches in
Colorado and Northern California, and discovered people with a passion
for their animals and their lifestyle. The benefits of raising these
gentle and personable creatures was obvious, and we had to follow our
instincts. We discovered the following benefits that we're sure will
endear you as well:
A business that can blend in with interesting travel destinations to exotic places.
A lifestyle quality second to none, especially for animal lovers
A good income and tax benefit potential
An industry revolving around the upside of breeding and the sale of the very desirable fleece.
An industry projected to grow substantially or at least 10-15 years due to limited availability
As needed, a minimal investment in time and energy.
